Dragon Chi Kung Workshop Details

A chance to enliven your core energy with this dragon form workshop…
Learn creative and dynamic Dragon Chi Kung forms and walks, as well as meditations to deepen your connection to your internal energy reservoirs.
The forms focus on twisting and rising movements that create powerful energy flows in the body, energising your central channel – Chong Mai.
The Dragon forms will help invigorate and strengthen your body.
The moves and meditations awaken your awareness to the spiralling energy of your central channel, opening your core energy reservoirs, and then going beyond the energy, to the depths of stillness – opening up to the Tao.

 

At the end of the workshop we will put together a video of the moves, so you can continue resourcing yourself at home.

Note: There are a series of 10 standalone workshops covering the 5 elements, dragon chi kung, & internal alchemy. Completion of all ten workshops and associated homestudy lead to the qualification of Elemental Chi Kung Teaching Certification. Note: It is best to spend the 4 days deepening into the resourcing space created to fully reconnect to the chi in and around you. However if you are only able to make 3 or 2 days that is possible, please contact Denise to discuss.
